Growth and Marketing Expert – B2B Digital Advertising | English B2+/C1 | Bogotá | Hybrid*
We’re looking for a Growth and Marketing Expert to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.
In this role, you’ll work in a consultative sales environment, managing client accounts, analyzing digital advertising performance, and advising customers on how to optimize their marketing investment to drive business growth.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining sales mindset, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision-making to deliver high-impact solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Your Role
As a Growth and Marketing Expert you will:
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across online platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients (Book of Business).
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Present high-level proposals and clearly demonstrate the value of digital advertising solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and consistently work toward exceeding sales targets.
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- 6 to 12 months of experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or roles advising marketers.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to translate marketing goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Solid understanding of online advertising metrics and performance analysis.
Consultative Mindset:
- Experience managing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and consistently achieving sales goals.
Communication Skills:
- Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and written communication with decision-makers.
