We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert focused on providing exceptional technical support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. What you’ll be doing:
- Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts.
- Answer incoming phone calls (Inbound) from customers in the U.S.
- The advisors oversee receiving chats to solve technical problems that clients propose.
- Search the tools provided by the client for the solution to the problem.
- Show soft skills to guide clients and adapt to clients' communication style with the right words.
- High level of English required for communication with the client.
- Offer clear and accurate technical support to users, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and ensuring a smooth resolution to their problems.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.

Conditions:

- 42 hours per week
- Schedules:
Training schedules: 6:00am a 1:30 PM| Sunday Off.
Operations schedules: 7:00 to 16:00 or 9:30 to 18:00 | 2 Days off .
- Training salary: COP $2,315,000
- Operations Salary: COP $2,315,000 + Bonus $347,000
